# Pricing — Ninewave

Ninewave is an independent web studio based in Miami, Florida, working with businesses across the United States. The founder, Jon Orezzoli, designs, builds and maintains every site.

## Website build
- Price: never more than $999, quoted before work starts. Priced to scope.
- Payment: 50% to reserve the build, 50% after the owner has seen and approved the finished site.
- Timeline: live nine calendar days after the content arrives. The launch date is confirmed in writing.
- Changes: unlimited on the build's pages during the nine-day window. More pages or a second language move the launch date, never the price.
- Included: custom design (no templates), up to 8 pages in one language, mobile-first build, page titles and descriptions, structured data, sitemap, contact or quote form delivered to the owner's inbox, security headers.
- Ownership: the domain is registered in the client's name from day one. The design and code belong to the client once the project is paid.
- No hourly billing, no per-page pricing, no rush fee.

## Website Care (hosting and changes)
- Price: $99 a month in year one. For the first 99 clients the price drops $9 a month on each anniversary of launch ($99, $90, $81, $72, $63, $54, $45, $36, $27, $18, then $9 in year eleven) until Website Care is free from year twelve, everything included.
- Required while the site is hosted with Ninewave, because Care is what keeps the site running; hosting is one part of it. No minimum term: ending Care takes 30 days' written notice, takes the site off Ninewave's hosting, and the client receives a full export of the code and content, free.
- Included: hosting, security, updates, backups, monitoring, analytics, Google Business Profile upkeep, a monthly search and AI visibility check (Google Search Console read and its issues fixed; Google and ChatGPT asked the questions customers ask, and wrong facts about the business corrected at the source: the site, the Google Business Profile and the listings assistants read), a report every month, and any change made within 24 hours on business days. New pages after launch are part of Care.
