Every site gets a written condition check before anything starts — what it's built on, how far behind it is, where it's hosted, and whether anything is actually being backed up. It costs nothing, and you keep it whether you hire us or not.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a site is too far gone to maintain, and rebuilding costs less than keeping it on life support. We will tell you that too — including when it means pointing you at the more expensive option, or at nothing at all.
