Aesthetics buyers research privately and decide before they ever speak to you. A site that makes them call to learn what a treatment costs is asking for the phone call before the decision. The clinic that published a range was in the comparison without asking for anything.
Results galleries that create liability
Before-and-afters sell better than any copy you can write, but they carry consent and advertising obligations. The two easy options are to avoid them entirely or to publish them carelessly, and both cost you something.
Booking that ends in a phone number

- Yes. Galleries are built so each set carries its own consent record and disclaimer, and so you can remove an individual client's images yourself without touching anything else. What you may publish depends on your state board and your insurer. We build the structure, you confirm the permissions.
- Will it connect to my booking system?
- Most of them, yes. If you already use a booking platform we link into it rather than replacing it, because your calendar, deposits and reminders already live there and moving them is risk you are not being paid to take.
- How do you handle pricing on the site?
- We recommend publishing a starting price or a range for each treatment line. Hiding the price until the consult turns the price into a phone call, and a range filters out the people who were never going to book at that number.
- Do you write the treatment descriptions?
- Yes, copywriting is included. You review every word before launch, and anything clinical is written from what you give us rather than from what we assume.
What I found in South Florida
What I found on 549 med spa, salon, barber and tattoo websites.
On 19 October 2026 I read the homepages of 1,994 South Florida small businesses, mostly in Miami-Dade and Broward. 549 were med spas, salons, barbers and tattoo studios. I grouped med spas with the other three, so these numbers are for all four together. Most link to online booking. Almost four in ten showed no sign of analytics, so the owner can't see who visits.
