Websites · Dental & health clinics
A clinic website that keeps your schedule full.
A new patient is choosing between practices they cannot yet tell apart, on how modern, safe and easy to book each one looks. Ninewave builds dental and clinic websites that answer patient questions, confirm every booking in writing, and make scheduling a single tap.

The short answer
Who builds websites for dental practices?
Ninewave builds websites for dental practices across the US: custom made, with online booking up front, the insurance plans you accept listed, and new-patient questions answered before anyone has to phone. Never more than $999, live nine days after your content arrives, then $99 a month for Care: required, no minimum term, free full export if you leave.
Booking-first
Online scheduling front and center, with the trust signals that get people to commit.
New-patient focused
Insurance, first-visit, and pricing questions answered before they call.
Warm and professional
A design that feels clean and human, not cold and clinical.
Reviews and results
Patient reviews placed where they turn hesitation into a booked visit.
What usually goes wrong
Insurance questions that go unanswered
Whether you take their plan is something a patient has to settle before they book. If the site does not say, the only way to find out is to phone and ask, and the practice that listed their plan never asked them to.
New-patient forms trapped in PDFs
A PDF that cannot be filled on a phone means the form gets done in the waiting room instead, so the chair time comes out of the appointment rather than before it.
One page for a practice with six services
General, cosmetic, implants, ortho and emergency care are different decisions made by different people. A single Services page has to be written for all of them at once, which leaves it specific to none of them: not for the patient reading it, and not for the search that brought them.
Questions
- Who builds websites for dental practices?
- Ninewave builds websites for dental practices across the US: custom made, with online booking up front, the insurance plans you accept listed, and new-patient questions answered before anyone has to phone. - Can patients request an appointment without calling?
- Yes. A request form that reaches your front desk immediately is the minimum, and it captures the evening and weekend enquiries a phone line does not.
- Will you list the insurance we accept?
- Yes, and we recommend it prominently. Whether you take their plan is a question patients have before they call, and it is one of the cheapest objections to remove, because it is a list and it does not change often.
- Is a dental website subject to HIPAA?
- A brochure site with a contact form generally is not, but the moment a form collects health information the calculus changes. We keep forms to contact details and the reason for the visit, and route anything clinical to your existing patient system rather than to email.
- Can we add a new service later?
- Yes. Each service is its own page, so adding one is an addition rather than a redesign. Website Care, the $99 a month that keeps the site hosted and updated, covers it, so it is done within 24 hours at no extra charge.
What I found in South Florida
I checked 277 dental websites in South Florida.
On 19 October 2026 I read the homepages of 277 dental practices, mostly in Miami-Dade and Broward, as part of a check of 1,994 local business websites. More than seven in ten let a patient book online, against 41.3% of every site I checked. But 16 of the 277 still gave a patient no form, no booking link and no phone number to tap.

Website Care is $99 a month for as long as the site is live with Ninewave. It is what keeps the site hosted, secure and updated, so it is not optional. No minimum term: end it with 30 days' notice, the site comes off our hosting and you get a full export, free.
