Real Wellness & Beauty
A concierge wellness clinic in Miami offering IV therapy, peptides, and longevity treatments. The care was already exceptional. The online presence needed to say so before anyone walked in.

The challenge
Great care that nobody could see.
Wellness is a trust business. Before anyone books a treatment they have never tried, they need to believe the clinic is credible, the staff is qualified, and the experience is worth it. That decision happens online, long before the first visit.
- Premium treatments presented without the premium first impression they deserved
- No clear path from a curious visitor to a booked consultation
- Complex services like peptide therapy and NAD needed explanation before anyone would commit
- Nothing on the page addressed the hesitation that stops a first-time patient
What we built
A site engineered to turn browsers into appointments.
A calm, clinical visual identity
Light, warm and uncluttered, drawn from the clinic's own interior rather than the dark high-gloss look most med-spa sites default to. A first-time patient is deciding whether this feels safe and professional, and the palette has to answer that before a word is read.
Dedicated service pages
IV hydration, peptide therapy, NAD longevity, hormone optimization, recovery drips, and sleep support each earned their own page, so every treatment can rank in search and answer questions on its own.
A guided treatment journey
A four-step walkthrough — arrive, consult, personalize, result — that removes the unknown for anyone who has never booked a wellness treatment before.
Trust built into the layout
Patient testimonials and team credentials placed at the exact points where a first-time visitor hesitates, rather than buried on a separate page.
A booking-first structure
Every page routes toward a single action. Booking is never more than one tap away, on any device.
Built to be found
Clean structure, search metadata, and local signals configured from day one so nearby patients find the clinic first.
The decisions
Three calls, and what each one measures.
Every number below is a measurement of the delivered site, not a projection. You can check any of them against the live build in about a minute, which is why they are printed here at all.

The problem
A wellness booking is decided on a phone, often on cellular, often standing somewhere. A page that makes that person wait has already lost the argument before the first photograph resolves.
What we did
Static rendering, compressed imagery sized to the layout, and no page builder or plugin stack between the visitor and the content.
- 0.54s
- to first paint
- 1.55s
- fully loaded
- 603KB
- total page weight
- 35
- network requests

The problem
Six treatments stacked as sections on one services page compete for a single set of search signals, and force somebody who came for one thing to scroll past five they did not.
What we did
IV hydration, peptide therapy, NAD longevity, hormone optimization, recovery drips and sleep support each got a URL, a heading and copy of their own.
- 6
- treatment pages, separately indexable
- 1
- H1 per page, no heading conflicts
- 163
- character meta description
- 03
The problem
Most clinic sites bury booking behind a contact page, so the visitor who has already decided still has to go looking for the way to say yes.
What we did
A booking action fixed in the header of every page, repeated at the end of each treatment page, pointing at one destination rather than a phone number, a form and an email.
- 1
- tap to booking, from any page
- 1
- booking destination, not three
