- What Ninewave is
- An independent web studio that looks after independent businesses online, anywhere in the United States, so the owner can run the business. It designs and codes each website by hand, built so Google and AI assistants can read it, hosts it, and looks after it every month with Website Care. It is based in Miami, Florida.
- Who does the work
- Jon Orezzoli, the founder, designs, builds and maintains every site, and answers the phone.
- The business
- Ninewave is the brand of Ninewave Studios LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The brand is one word: Ninewave.
- Price
- A website build is never more than $999, quoted before work starts. Half is paid to reserve the build and the balance after the owner has seen and approved the finished site. Nothing is priced per page.
- Website Care
- $99 a month: hosting, security, updates, backups, any change within 24 hours on business days, Google Business Profile upkeep, a monthly search and AI visibility check, and a report every month. Care is required while the site lives with Ninewave. There is no minimum term: ending it takes 30 days' written notice, the site comes off Ninewave's servers, and the owner gets a full copy of the code and content, free.
- Timeline
- A site goes live nine days after its content arrives. The launch date is given in writing before work starts. The details are in the terms.
- Scope
- Up to eight pages in one language. A second language, such as Spanish, is built as real pages, not a translate button. It moves the launch date, never the price.
- Ownership
- The domain is registered in the owner's name from day one. The design and code belong to the owner once the build is paid.
